We offer various delivery methods
We will always endeavour to have your package in your hands as quickly as humanly possible.
We charge a flate shipping rate of R100.00 with free shipping for orders over R1500.00.
Once you have placed your order, we'll be in touch to let you know which method will work best!
We reserve the right to make any changes to this policy at any time.
Over-night shipping:
Where possible we will make use of overnight shipping right to your door or Courier Guy Locker. However, please note that this is not always feasible with a R100.00 or "free-shipping" budget. This service also works far better for customers within Gauteng, due to proximity to our store. It is also possible should we be shipping to major centres.
Standard to your Door delivery:
Our Standard method of shipping is right to your door with The Courier Guy! Please allow 2-4 business days depending on your location. Major centres obviously get shipments much quicker that outlaying.
Locker to Locker:
This service works great for those that have a Pudo (The Courier Guy) locker nearby - of which there are many! It also helps for those that arent home for most of the week. Its quick safe and effcient!
Collection in store:
You are more then welcome to collect your goodies in store. We will have them ready on the same day!
Tuesday - Friday 15:30 - 18:00
Saturday 10:00 - 17:00
Sunday 10:00 - 14:00
Should you need a time outside of the above, then please get in touch and we will do our best to help you out!
Liability and insurance:
By default, there is no insurance or liability included when shipping items. However, should you like this to be added, please let us know. We will then get a quote for you for further payment before shipping.
