1. General Policy
We want you to enjoy your tabletop gaming experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and options.
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
2. Returns for Defective or Faulty Goods
- If a product is defective, damaged, or not fit for purpose, you may return it within 6 months of purchase.
- You will have the choice of:
- A repair,
- A replacement, or
- A full refund.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) must be provided.
3. Returns for Non-Defective Goods (“Change of Mind”)
- We are not legally obliged to accept returns for unwanted goods, but we may do so at our discretion.
- If accepted, the product must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and
- Returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds for non-defective returns may be issued as store credit or an exchange, at our discretion.
4. Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened paints, glues, sprays, and other consumables.
- Gift Cards or Coupons
- Assembled or partially assembled models.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect assembly/painting.
5. Online Purchases (If Applicable)
- For goods bought online, you may cancel and return your order within 7 days of receiving it (cooling-off period), provided the goods are unopened and in resale condition.
- Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the product is defective, return shipping will be covered by us.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
- Store credit or exchanges may be offered in some cases.
