The low down:

  • We reserve the right to change our Charge Point Terms and Conditions at any time
  • We reserve the right to change our Charge Point earning rate at any time and for any tier
  • We reserve the right to decide which products are illegible for earning points
  • Charge Points are not earned for products that are on "Sale" or "Pre-order" or "Online Only Orders" or ANY other product that we deem necessary
  • Your Charge Points will never expire
  • Your Charge Points can be redeemed for coupons at a rate of 1 Charge Point to every R1.00
  • Coupons can be used in store or online with ease - Head on over to your Charge Points & Rewards page to get started OR make use of the floating button (button left)
  • Once your coupon has been created all you have to do is input the "coupon code" during the checkout process
  • Please note that Charge Point Coupons can not be used in conjunction with other coupons such as gift vouchers at the same time or for the same order
  • There are other ways to earn Charge Points from celebrating your birthday to writing a review and even referring a friend to us - have fun and earn! 

The low down on tiers:

  • Members of various clubs that have unlocked higher earning rates, will be verified (as a paying and up to date) club member with the respective club president or leader
  • Go ahead and start shopping while we await your verification, we will add your additional points retroactively, once verified. 
  • Please note that the tiers work together, ie - CPG memebers enjoy a 12% earning rate, this is broken down into 5% as a normal customer and an additional 7% as a club member.
